About Logbook
The Logbook is a sub-project of Generation.bY, which exists in full version only in the Belarusian language. This blog is created in attempt to open the life of the Belarusian Generation Y a bit more to the foreign public. Young people who were born or were growing up in Belarus after the collapse of the Soviet Union and by leaving their lives encountered all the difficulties of the complicated political situation in Belarus after 1990 and now represent the so-called “Belarusian Generation Y”.
This group of young people make the target audience of the web-page Generation.bY. We believe that this Generation is especially interesting and important because their decisions and activities today shape the future of Belarus as a country.
We are launching this blog as a ship which is going to travel around the Belarusian web-see and explore the Belarusian youth. All most interesting facts of this journey are going to appear here in this logbook. We will be glad to have you on board with us in this voyage, so don’t hesitate to ask questions and to raise topics which interest you.
